touring booster 0410

Product Question?
  • Description
Motorbike handlebar touring booster 0410

Surface glass bead blasting with laser engraving 'ABM', including scaling

Produced by high-strength aluminum

Clamping area Ø28.6 mm

Available in different anodized colors

Tested in accordance with recent requirements

German TÜV-approval

Note!

The mounting of the handlebars is only possible at motorcycles which have risers with a diameter of Ø28.6 mm.

All pipes and Bowden cables have to be laid in a way that they are free of kinks and free of tension when moving the handlebar. Moreover, it is important that there is sufficient distance to rub-marks.

The brake hoses are not allowed to fall below a bending radius of 40mm. On full steering lock and a running motor, the engine speed to both sides does not change.

You have to take care that all parts and control units of the handlebar are in a functional position, also when the steering is fully locked. The brake cylinder resp. the reservoirs have to be in a functional position.

You have to take care of the handlebars’ freedom of movements, of its add-on components as well as of its sufficient steering stop angle to both sides.

After the installation a functional control of the brake, clutch, throttle grip, lighting, and signal horn is of high importance.

Please, check the approval of the handlebar for your motorcycle on the basis of the recent ABE (see hereto [seite: motorradzubehoer-gutachten])! Mostly, the registration for not listed motorcycle types is possible when having talked to the German inspecting authority TÜV / DEKRA, § 19.2.
