The triple clamp is clamped on the upper ends of the fork tubes where it is screwed. Thus, the top fork bridge covers the original fork bridge almost completely from above. The bold on triple clamp consists of a 15-20 mm thick, high-strength aluminum plate. The original ignition lock remains untouched during conversion, as it remains attached to the fork bridge. The production takes place in our state-of-the-art CNC milling centers, in series between 20-150 pieces.
The delivery includes one pair of suitable risers for handlebars Ø22.2 mm.
At the handlebar type booster: delivery suitable for tapered handlebars with Ø28.6 mm.
If necessary, the packaging also contains distance rings, screws and steering head nuts.
The color of the bold on triple clamp always corresponds to the color of the frame / original triple clamp.
Bold on triple clamps are all shiny anodized and therefore resistant against weathering influences.
